Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Luchidebbs. We strive to provide you with the best products and shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Opened or used skincare, cosmetics, or personal care products for hygiene reasons.
    • Gift cards, downloadable products, and sale items are non-returnable.

  3. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@luchidebbs.xyz with your order number and reason for the return.
    • Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return the item.
    • The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product).

Refunds

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to your original method of payment.

  2. Partial Refunds:

    • Items returned in non-original condition, missing parts, or returned after the return period may qualify for partial refunds at our discretion.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at admin@luchidebbs.xyz within  7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately at admin@luchidebbs.xyz with photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeframe:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  2. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at admin@luchidebbs.xyz.
